Olivia no longer buffs Oathsworn Vampire after ressurection [Solved, user error]

Prior to 3.0, if you had an Olivia, Mobilized for War in play, and an Oathsworn Vampire in your graveyard, then when the Olivia attacked, the vampire would return to play and be buffed by the Olivia, becoming a 5/5.

In 3.0, the Oathsworn Vampire returns to play as it used to, but Olivia does not buff it so it remains a 2/2

    did you have cards in hand to discard?  If you don't, nobody gets the buff
