AWR charge dissapeared [Investigating]

I have played all my charges and won everyone I have played and already missed 15 point of the second time that I should played 2.1 node.

I usually play in 2 Android devices (tablet and phone) with the same account.

What has happened is that after having played the first 6 charges and waited the recharging time, I played the 1.1 node in the tablet and went for a walk and then try to play the 2.1 charge in the phone seeing that I had to wait for 4 hours to play it.

Did not realized that in node 1 the next charge to play was 1.2 with the same recharging time and I got confused so firstly thought the game has not counted my win on it,instead of what had really happened that is that I had lost a charge even without having tried to play it.

I have found 2 old posts about this same bug and no official answer, please @Brigby ,@Tombstone, @Oktagon_Daiane can you investigate this bug.
