Dream Eater - surveil broken [Investigating]

When DE enters the field, you get a confirmation box to surveil 4. After you've done that, another box opens to confirm that you want to return a creature the the owners hand.

If you choose not to bounce, the surveil will not happen.

Please either fix this behavior, or add it to the card text.

No, once you surveil you must discard the set number (surveil 1, 2...ect) of cards.

Its not like paper, the surveil number is not the number of cards you see but the number you discard (you see 4 every time, I think)

It does make you discard if you Surveil but you do not have discard the full amount. If surveil 2 you can discard 1 but not zero

I'd like to second this bug. DE doesn't work properly with other surveil-matters cards when you choose NOT to bounce anything. Cards like Enhanced Sur. or Disinfo Camp. don't trigger off of DE unless you bounce a creature - if you "not now", game doesn't register that you've surveilled.
