Allow for an and/or toggle when filtering cards in collection

With cards like Tibor and Lumia, and Circu, I’ve wanted to be able to filter my cards to see what kind of decks I can build out of cards that are both of their color. Our current system has if I tap blue and red to show me cards that are blue or red. Being able to filter for blue and red would be a nice addition while still keeping the current option.

Similarly, when building a deck for a Planeswalker, being able to search for colors outside their color identity would be nice, for the same purpose, finding duel color cards.
