Mr. Fantastic not adding 3 green AP? [Solved]

With both Mr. Fantastic and The Thing boosted this week, I've been playing them and noticed that Mr. Fantastic is not adding 3 Green AP to the pool at the start of the match even though The Thing is also on the team (i.e., part Mr. F's of passive Yellow power).  Have other people noticed this?

That's not a start of match effect. It's an additional effect to the heal when an enemy matches one of your Special tiles.
