Mausoleum secrets -Can only be cast occasionally and doesn't fetch 3 different cards [Investigating]

Mausoleum secrets behaves strangely, here is what I have observed.

1. I was not able to cast MS from time to time. The mana meter was filled but the card was marked with the not eligible to cast logo. My guess is that it looks at the top of the library and if there are no black cards then it cannot cast. Anyone confirm this? I’ll try to test this myself later today.

2. When MS will cast then the fetched cards are not different, a had two cases of infinite obliteration being present twice. That does match the cards text.
