Nodes of Power Maximum Points?

Anyone know what the maximum points you can get in Node of Power is?  Where do I find this information?

I know it is a multiple of 5 nodes times 7 points.  How many maximum charges?  

I ask because it seems to change depending on when somebody joins, which doesn't seem fair.

    My guess is 6 charges per node, 7 points per node, 5 nodes which equals 210 points.  Sound right?

    Each bracket has a different max depending on when it started.
