Fortified Countdowns with matching effect. [Solved]

I dont know if this is a bug or a desired behavior, but when a countdown tile with a matching effect such as Medusa's Entanglement, X-force Deadpool Countdown for What, X-force Wolv Healing, gets fortified (in my case by chimichanga support effect) and later matched, I get the effect but the countdown remains on the board (Medusa will create her 2 attack tiles, Deapool will deal his damage but the countdown remains on the board, potentially allowing it to be matched again for its effect)
