Here are the Release Notes for the R164 update.

•  "Nothing is ever just black and white"

What's Changed:

• Players who quickly back out of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Resupply screen will no longer get stuck at the Claim screen.
  
• The last viewed power of Taskmaster will no longer display in the Character Info screen when selecting the base power's banner in the Train Powers screen.
