Bolas 2 Ult does not work

What the title says.  I was playing Bolas 1 in today's Across Ixalan (Black) and faced a Bolas the Ravager//Arisen.

He flipped, and then cast his Ult (your opponent cannot draw cards).

The next turn, I drew 2 cards (I had Alhammaret's Archive out).
Then I cast Bolas 1's Second Ability, and drew 4 cards.

All of this while there was a support out that said I cannot draw cards.

    @Mburn7 Just so I can get the full picture, were you also able to naturally draw the 1 card at the beginning of your turn, or was that still prevented?

    I was drawing 2 at the start of my turn from Alhammaret's Archive, but yes.  All my draws triggered normally.

    I don't have Bolas 2 myself, so I can't really verify this intentionally, though.

    I think that Alhammaret’s archive is the root of the problem, but I have not done exhaustive testing to be sure.

    it seems that AA somehow nullifies Bolas2 ult.

    Had the same issue but playing B2 against someone, who could draw with ult out.

    Don't remember if AA was out.

    I was playing against Bola 1 and he was drawing his cards despite casting my Bola 2 flip ultimate. It happened twice against different Bola 1 players in legacy Totp

    Tried to replicate it, but having a hard time getting Greg to flip Bolas.... jeez AI is bad.

    I've noticed that the AI can draw cards at times too when I'm playing Bolas 2.

    Alhammarret allows it to draw any time it's on the board even when Omnipotence is on the board.

    Same for First Bolas' second ability ability to draw a card with a zombie summon 

    Same for Ob Nixilis first ability 

    Confirmed all the above this weekend in training ground matches
