Lightning Javelin: minor mismatch between card text and behavior [Investigating]

The card text reads "Deal 3 damage to a target creature or opponent". However, I'm allowed to target myself.

Either the card text should be changed to match the behavior (e.g. "target creature or planeswalker"), or the selection should be restricted to exclude the casting player.
