Rewards not showing up for Alliance event [Solved]

New problem. It's the fourth day of the Alliance event Places of Power, but despite our team reaching 23,360 points and well over the first 10 CP reward in Kamar-Taj, the reward has not distributed those awards at all. How often is the refresh rate on points for the event, because if it's every half hour it should have loaded those by now. Name is Spidyredneck84 and alliance is avengersmarvel.
