If you had Spider-Gwen and Black Widow (IW) on your team and BW's Brush Pass tile is out along with six web tiles, does Cherry Bomb cost 6 AP or 3?

    The higher minimum applies, as far as I know, so 6AP.

    Unfortunately that is probably the case even though I have not tried it usually the powers that are reduced naturally by the character are also capped so even though you should get a buff from a team mate you do not due to the cap.  This would be the same if you teamed Gwen with Shuri.
