Mana disappearing from cards in hand.

I don't even know what is going on here, but I do know the first 2 cards in my hand were spell swindle and storm the vault, swindle was full mana and stv was about 9/11. After the beginning of my turn finished swindle is now missing 1 mana and stv is missing 9. It's pretty cool when I just lose mana to nothing. My patient rebuilding is the only support on the board and greg's volcanic rambler is the only creature. I'm bolas1 and greg is koth.

After playing some more matches I figured out what the blank entries are: they are the cards destroyed from the opponents library by patient rebuilding (this could probably use a better indicator). I can't explain the losing mana though, I'm not sure if there is a card that makes your opponent lose mana when it is destroyed or discarded or otherwise put in the graveyard.

I had this happen too... they are holding a card that while it is in their hand.. it depletes your mana.. there is another card that gives your creatures -1/-1 while it is in their hand.. until they play the card you have no idea what is going on.

I can’t recall a card that drains mana as described. Can anyone refer me to a card that does as described by @Mrninjaxl

Do you have any cost reduction cards?  For some reason, those only apply on your turn (easy example:  Have a Savage Stomp in your hand with a dino on the field.  On your opponent's turn you'll see that it is no longer fully charged, but then at the start of your turn it will be again.  Same thing happens with the Goblin that gives your other goblins haste and cost 2 less.  They only gain haste/cost reduction on your turn)

I believe the only adjuster I had in my deck was possibly Jodah, and if it were him those cards would be showing as full based on the mana they had during Greg's turn.
