Hexproof preventing untargeted removal post 2.9 [Fixed in 3.0]

As the title states, any untargeted removal; whether it be bounce, exile, or destroy, will no longer cast if the opponent controls creatures that were given Hexproof following the update to 2.9

Untargeted damage spells will still cast and deal their requisite damage however.

Tested cards effected
Doomfall
Isolate
River's Rebuke
Perilous Voyage
Plague Wind
The Eldest Reborn
Vona's Hunger

If the creature starts with Hexproof there doesn't seem to be any issue. But if the creature gained Hexproof through some other means than having it as an Evergreen (i.e Sphinx of the Final Words ability, Rattlechains giving spirits Hexproof, etc.), it immediately shuts down the casting of these cards.

I'm actually running into the problem with natural hexproof creatures as well, both doomfall and isolate failed to cast with a Gaea's Revenge in the first creature slot.

I got the same bug for a few turn. However it somehow resolved itself. It might have been after I isolated another creature.

Already happened to me with River's Rebuke in Oath of the Gatewach node where IA uses the first ability to make hexproof to it's creatures.

Was coming here to post that Wrath of God won’t trigger with just hexproof creatures on the board.

If a creature has hexproof.... it is almost untouchable and need berserk to take it out.

Wow that is an awful bug, since the ENTIRE POINT of untargeted removal is to circumvent hexproof.

I can't even cast an untargeted buff on my own Gaes revenge

Thanks for pointing this out everyone. I'll pass this up to the team for investigation, and add this to the bug list.

This also blocks chandra's ignition as well.

Imaginary Threats was unable to cast against a Striped Riverwinder (native Hexproof)

    This is inconsistent.

Oath of gatewatch part 2 sphinx if final word encounter is different from story mode heroic encounter nissa battle 1 (starts with gaea)

Plague wind works in events, heroic story nissa, and oath

Perilous voyage works for Oath of gatewatch but not events or heroic story nissa

    Etc etc

Nontargetted mass removal can be cast if theres a nonhexproof creature on the board but when only 1 or more hexproof creatures are on the board, its an issue.

My experience with this bug is that if all of the creatures have hexproof, the spell won't cast.  But if one creature doesn't, then the spell will cast, and can then affect the creature with hexproof.

Example: I have Perilous Voyage, opponent has Gaea's Revenge.  Perilous Voyage won't be cast.  Then opponent casts Llanowar Elves, which goes in the second slot.  Perilous Voyage will now be cast, returning Gaea's Revenge to opponent's hand.

To expand on that, I noticed I could not cast PV because Greg had a single hexproof creature, however once I had a non-hexproof creature of my own PV would now cast despite all of Greg's creatures being hexproof (1 creature).

Ah I just noticed this yesterday specifically against the first challenge in the DOM event (the one with the UR Brothers). I assumed that it was the special gem that granted hexproof that was causing this problem. Apparently it nullified my River's Rebuke as long as the opponent didn't have any supports on the board.
