2.9 Ixalan Set missing Masterpieces

In 2.8.1, Ixalan 5-card packs had a 0.50% chance of containing a Masterpiece. After the 2.9 patch, Ixalan packs are now back to having a 0.00% chance of containing a Masterpiece. Masterpieces also do not show up in the card pool when one selects the "View Cards" button.

Star of Extinction is also missing from the available cards in the set.
