So I was messing around in Heroic Encounters to master some cards and:

It happened every time the replace creature prompt showed up, but she was in the right spot the rest of the time. I did run across the double tap when trying to rearrange cards in your hand freeze earlier in the match (and escaped it with the back button, exit menu, zoom and unzoom card in hand technique). No idea if the two are related, but they're both visual bugs with card images going places they're not meant to.

Interesting.  I've had times where there is an animation that "hits" an empty box at that exact location, but I've never seen a card actually hang there.  (Or, in other cases, there is an empty first slot on the opponent's side.)  In the cases I've encountered the game functions as expected, it's just a bizarre visual to have something occur in an empty box in the middle of the screen when there is nothing that is even supposed to be there.  Did anything go wrong with the game mechanics in your case?

I'd try to post a screenshot of what I've seen, but it's practically impossible to get a shot when the timing occurs (because the animation passes quickly) and it comes up so unpredictably...

Oh yeah, I remember seeing that animation consistently in that Journey through History battle that summoned a creature, they gave it several types of Leader. The second part always looked like it was hitting the gem board in that same spot.

There were no gameplay issues at all, though I didn't try actually replacing a creature. With no events running, I'll probably try that later if I can get the glitch to trigger again.

Edit: The glitch triggers every time Hapatra summons a snake when I already have a full board (without any snakes obviously). However, I wasn't able to get her to move to a spot that I could click, she was always under the replace dialogue. Doing the double-click slide big card bug occasionally changed where she moved, but not in an easily predictable or manipulatable way. Replacing my other creatures did nothing unexpected. I was using Kiora this time as she's much better than Liliana for setting up this glitch. Still on Nissa's basic Heroic Encounter.

@DBJones can confirm the part in the Dom event. I never bothered to nahe a report since it doesn't do anything.

I've seen the other issue as well, the last time more than a year ago
