I agree. It would also be nice for us that haven't picked up Elspeth to have a chance to get her. 

I'd say replace gideon3 with Elspeth in the upcoming rotation. 

@brigby could you let us know if she will be available.

Update: Yes. Elspeth will be available in the Vault in time for her upcoming Hour of Devastation event.
