Can't play fifth node in Bo4T

When I joined the Battle of Four Tribes event, I was surprised to see that I had a full five charges on the fifth node, even though I had only two on each of the others.  Surprise turned to dismay when I discovered I was getting a SWW error every time I attempted to play the node.  No charge is being expended, but it won't let me start a match.  The other nodes appear fine.

I would start a ticket with this in-game, but since I have a separate ticket open for another bug, I can't figure out how to create a new one, which seems to be a significant weakness in the system.

I'd very much like to participate fully in this event.  As of right now, I cannot.

    You can send a ticket via mail. If you check the D3Go homepage you should find an adress.
