Problem with Switcheroo [Fixed in 3.2]

My opponent cast Switcheroo.  He switched his Herald of the Secret Streams with my Wakening Sun’s Avatar.  When the Avatar came into play, it killed the Herald and another one of my creatures (leaving me with one creature).  
But for some reason it opened a Replace Creature dialogue box.  Probably because the Herald was already dead, it would not allow me to choose either Not Now or Select and I could only get the dialogue to go away by quitting the game.  It would allow me to display the menu, battle log or chat, but nothing to continue the game.
