iOS dramatic battery life reduction after r160 update [Solved]

i noticed yesterday a huge reduction in my battery performance after the update. I show that in the last 24hrs, MPQ is responsible for 40% of my battery usage, showing 2hrs screentome and 13minutes background. My battery performance has been dramatically reduced today compared to any given day in recent memory. I uninstalled MPQ and reinstalled it earlier just to see if that helped, but it’s too soon to tell

The steam version will likewise empty a battery operated laptop in no time. But this has always been the case, not just for the r160 release.

after uninstalling and re-installing, battery performance seems to be about what it used to be
