    HOU is now indicated as special deal (only origins and hou are) The deal is special, since it costs as much as standard sets with the value of a legacy set.. So it's the worst deal. Which is indeed special. This will only confuse new players who might feel cheated after realising that this promoted set is the worst set they could pull from.
