A new release, should I update my rating?

With every new release, I wait 1 day to update my rating to see how the new build goes. It currently sits at "1-star. Incessant nag-screens begging for ratings really detract from the game play."
If the nag screen doesn't show up, I'm ready to give it a better rating. It's been 3+ years now that I haven't had to update my rating.
(If I was being too subtle: Please get rid of the nag screen, or at least have a "I don't want to rate because I am a human piece of tinykitty and anyone who looks to me for opinions or guidance has already lost" button to go with the "Sure I can help" or "Maybe later" buttons that don't do squat.)
