My Sincerest Apologies

Admittedly, I had to chuckle a bit @babar3355. You have been screaming for more events and now that you get what you asked for, it's still not good enough. On the other hand, I hate it, because I have to jam up those matches in between everything, because my time won't let me to play midweek coalition events. I would have loved to play OGW1 at my leisure, instead of being forced to play a midweek coalition event.

However
I’m really not ok with getting HOU rewards for coalition events. New players depend on these events to progress in the game, for what? Cards they won’t be able to use until they get to Platinum and TotP is worth playing?
Just because you don’t like an event or an objective doesn’t mean it doesn’t appeal to other people. I like HOR. It took my game to another level and forced me out of a box.
I’m sorry that you don’t, but that isn’t going to change my opinion of this event and it’s design.
Remember that feeling when you got perfect the other week. It was fun, right?
Also taking the same logic, just because one thinks that an objective is easy (and only because they don't mind not achieving it every time) does not make it a fact or reality for other players. In fact, taking less than X damage objectives are among the most dreaded objectives during high stakes events. That and killing X number of enemy creatures. Ask the players which node objectives even in RtO they'd like to change.
One of the reasons I and many other players like TDW is because there are no such objectives in that event. And also why some players were hoping that HoR would have had it's objectives changed this time.

I have long opined for additional content to keep players and coalitions more engaged. I fondly remember times past when rewarding mid-week coalition events were the norm and our community was more engaged and excited about the game. I have been a proponent of daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime achievement systems, a rewarding system for gathering runes, a worthwhile benefit to mastering cards, and yes... a midweek coalition event.
And now.. because of, or in spite of, my pleadings... we finally got a return of HoR. And oh my, what an immense turd. Now we can spend the next few days engaged in some of the worst objectives in history, with worthless boosters/rares that aren't in standard, and the hopes of achieving a grand prize of 60 crystals for top performers and 20 jewels for top coalitions. Rewards so bad, that I would not bother even playing the event if not for the feeling of obligation to my coalition mates.
So, it is with much remorse that I beg the forgiveness of the community... and beg the developers to never again run such an event.
Sincerely,
Babar

Maybe bring back quick battle or give the option to Vs your friends decks.0 -
