Tragic Arrogance Glitch [Fixed in 2.8.1]

Tragic Arrogance doesn't work on your opponent's creatures if they are disabled.  The spell goes off and does nothing.

    Tragic Arrogance does nothing ever.  It's been bugged for a bit now.

    oh dang.  I didn't know that.

    Was trying out old rares to experiment with combos, guess I'll just throw that one on the pile of malfunctioning rares/mythics like that rekindled phoenix

    I can confirm that this one is a known issue. I'll go ahead and add it to the bug list for reference.
