Looking for a new alliance - ** CLOSED **

   With a focus on PvE, I'd like to join an active alliance /w 20 committed players - not the kind the kind where commanders do not lead by example, or that is top heavy with 2-6 heavy hitters & a bunch of coasters...  I'm looking for an alliance where every member does their part to guarantee at least a decent finish in all events, and of course all progression awards in boss fights.

   I have all characters,  3 5* champs, and am currently farming both my 2* and 3*s.  I am not looking for a top 50 alliance...  I've spent the last year with one, and it has worn me down - but you will still get a top 100 effort from me.

   My only caveat is that I do not want to join any 3rd party chat.
