The founder of an alliance should be able to demote commanders

This is a huge problem in several alliances. Inactive or poor commanders just taking up space. In stead of contacting devs to demote a commander give the option to demote commanders to the founder of an alliance. And maybe even give the founder an own rank so that you can see in game who is the founder.

Maybe Commanders who are inactive for a certain period of time (30 days) could be automatically demoted?

And if the last Commander is inactive for 30 days, when they're demoted the active player with the longest time played could automatically become Commander.
