Sarkhan Vol’s obsession with dragons led him to pledge loyalty to the mighty Nicol Bolas. But Ajani’s victory over his master made his mind start to unravel. He was sent to Zendikar, where his festering madness contributed to the release of the Eldrazi - all according to Bolas’ secret plan. Sarkhan returned to his native Tarkir, travelling into ancient history to restore the dragons to his home plane.

Ability 1: Dragon's Hunter - Cost 6
Level 1 - Discard a creature. Then, draw a card. 
Level 2 - Discard a creature. Then, draw a card. If the discarded creature had power 6 or more, the first creature in your hand gains 6 mana.
Level 3 - Discard a creature. Then, draw a card. If the discarded creature had power 6 or more, the first creature in your hand gains 8 mana.
Level 4 - Discard a creature. Then, draw a card. If the discarded creature had power of 6 or more, the first creature in your hand gains 10 mana. 

Ability 2: Fireblood - Cost 12
Level 1 - Your Red mana bonus is increased by 2 for 2 turns.
Level 2 - Your Red mana bonus is increased by 2 for 3 turns.
Level 3 - Your Red mana bonus is increased by 2 for 3 turns. The first creature in your hand with power 6 or more gets X mana, where X is your Red mana bonus.
Level 4 - Your Red mana bonus is increased by 2 for 3 turns. The first creatures in your hand with power of 6 or more gets X/X and X mana, where X is your Red mana bonus. 

Ability 3: Dragonkin's Call - Cost 21
Level 1 - Create 2 Dragon.
Level 2 - Create 3 Dragon.
Level 3 - Create 4 Dragon.
Level 4 - Create 4 Dragon and give them Haste.
