Two issues here:

1) The card is bugged. I had a rupture spire (a land) in play with two shields and two other supports with one shield. Beginning of opponent's turn my entire support inventory gets wiped off the board. This could be a result of the card itself being bugged to not recognize land supports properly, or rupture spire itself not being properly configured with the 'land' subtype.

2) Holy hell is this card overpowered. Basically a Consulate crackdown that repeats *every turn*. I think it should pull two shields off of *a* land, or one shield off everything. As it is currently configured, this effectively shuts out any deck that even remotely relies on supports to win.

Someone else had trouble getting Scapeshift to fetch Rupture Spire (though I know someone who got it to work), so it seems there's a good chance Rupture Spire is buggy when it comes to checking if it's a land.
