Following the update to 2.8, I am neither dealing nor taking double damage during Enrage Mode in Terror in the Shadows, on any of the 3 nodes.
Update - It isn't consistent. I've played 7 matches. In 4 of them, no double damage was dealt. The other 3, it was.

They mentioned they were fixing self-damage doubling in enraged modes, I bet that's how this got screwed up.
