May be a while until Roland checks back in as we filled that spot and are currently 20/20. But priorities change, so you never know when an opening might come. To answer your question we usually straddle the top 25 for every PVE, but we are very low key and could certainly hit t25 if demanded - it's just not us.  I can't remember a time in the last year where we missed t50, even when down a member or 2.  And no PVP requirement, though we're generally t100.
