Valkyrie Bounty [Investigating]

In Hearts of Darkness 2:nd wave-node, The Bounty description reads 'There is a bounty on Nobody'. Is that by design?

@qandols I have been informed this is not functioning as intended, and this is a known issue.

I can confirm seeing this on some recent event. I believe what caused it for me was having America Chavez kill the last enemy with one of her abilities during my turn but before valkyrie could place the tile. Then she'd place it, see no one available, and then the game would bring in the new enemies before I made my move.
