Ock's absence from the Marvel Legends Store

Has this been talked about?  I wonder why he was the only character not in the Legends pack (besides Gambit, obviously)?  Does this mean he's getting that much requested buff?  Any other conspiracy theories out there?

    My guess is because hes really really bad and pulling a Doc Oc after getting your gambit nerfed is a pretty poor experience. But the same could be said for Banner

    Seems weird that they would recognize someone is so bad as to keep them out of the store but not bad enough to rework them.

    I got a 5* banner when they gave us a token for the OML fiasco.  So believe me,  I can empathize with the situation.

    I would have actually gladly taken Ock over the 1 Wasp I got.  I actually consider it a win that I only got 1 Wasp out of 27 tokens.
