about the recent pve scaling system

Sorry, I know there is a pve guide in the forum, but I'm not English spoken person so I cannot understand very well.

The way I'm doing pve now, is finishing all the nodes once asap when the event just release, (probably will be few hours later because of the time zone.)
then only do all the extra nodes(the nodes need specific characters.) and the other normal nodes with higher values, the frequency is al least once a day. (might do more on holidays.)
I really don't care about getting all the 500ISO rewards or even getting all the rewards on all nodes.
But using my way to do this Oscorp heroic event, (it's over now, just for example.) during the final stage the highest level node I'm getting is the one with lv360 lazydaken,
the rest are at least lv195 but the value are all pretty low, even the lazydaken node is just about 300 value.

What did I do wrong to manage thoese nodes? Anyone can share me how to manage better I'm very appreciate.

P.S. The team I'm using are lv141 Patch, lv100 IM40 and lv50 M.Storm(sometimes using lv85 2star Thor), not sure it matters the nodes' enemy level.
