The season progression reward is based on scores rather than wins. So it is tricky that the dev set the win based system for pvp and simulator reward. But the whole season rewards are not associated with number of wins. I hope the dev could make some modification for season progression reward.

Around 300 to max progression in every event.  Wins based had no effect since I was getting them on points anyway.

1200 took me between 20-30 per event.sim took another 30 or so.  I ended up free falling after hitting 2000 and then climbing again a bit at the end of the season

I may actually be higher than this, not sure. If I got the 4* through points, I usually stopped there, but if I got it through wins I occasionally pushed a bit higher for the RIso reward.

25 wins per PVP on average, about 50-60 on SSIM.
    So let's call it 300.

    Finished with 17K points.

Best I could figure it's about 196 for over 12000 season points. 18 or so per event to hit 1200(missed one) and 34 to 2k in sim, so 18x9+34=196.

I like the hybrid system but I will stick to the points. I'm glad everyone can choose what they prefer now though. Win/Win!

    10 x 25 (average) + 35 for Simulator = 285
I'm playing PVP to get 1000 pts (1100 max).

No idea of the actual number. I played all events except the first one to 850-900 points, which I usually did in about 25 wins give or take. Shield Sim I always climb exclusively on 75 point matches from 0-1200 ish, 60-70 point matches from 1200-1800, and then once I hit 1800 I'm lucky to find anything worth more than 40. All in all I wouldn't imagine anything more than 40-50 wins though. I finished the season with 10,275 points and made t50 for the season for the first time. I'm quite positive this is in response to some mass exodus from the game, but felt good nonetheless. The wins-based system is still completely useless to me, and I'm glad that no longer has a bearing on how much I can progress.

    I think I reached 75 on 3 events for 225.
I had at least 40 on the other 7 for 280.
I had exactly 100 in simulator for 100.

That's 605 there, but I did hit 50 in a few and sometimes did extra fights when time permitted.

Had nothing to do with patience. On the one hand, wins-based PvP opens up the opportunity for people with lower rosters to still get meaningful progression in the way of CP. Happy days for them.

On the other hand, wins-based PvP means that you don't need to shield if you don't care about placement. It also means that people can be content to just hit people constantly for events and get progression while actively suppressing scores throughout the game.

I think @The rockett  was planning on taking a look at the overall scores for the events, and I would imagine that they are down significantly, for better or for worse.

I say worse, personally,  even though I did a lot of hitting this year. High scores are generally indicative of a large amount of collaboration and some pretty good feelings amongst a chunk of the player base. When shards that normally score well start to collapse at the high end, attrition can be pretty significant. We are losing another chunk of that high end community at the end of this season unfortunately. Thanos better unsnap that junk.

Scores were down around 5,000 this season with 1,200 less players.
