Disappearing Points ad Nodes in RotGP -- not related to SWW, Freezes or any other listed bug...

Max score when I cleared should have been 600. I had one freeze, no SWW or issues on rewards claim, but I am at 500, not 540 where I should be. Seemed a bit peculiar, and then I saw this screenshot from @octal9 (used with permission). 



So it seems the event is eating some people's points. He should not be at 20 points having just completed the Uncage the Menagerie Encounter.

I have some even weirder situation. In spite of not having lost any matches or gotten any permanent crashes, the situation is as follows:
First node - looks like I lost 2 matches to the third opponent, I keep getting that opponent.
Second node - most realistic, looks up to track.
Third node - one battle behind on the second match.

Did I mention my Karn appeared at 23 points during my last match with him, in spite of having not lost that much life in my previous match and I actually won it?! (took a two hour break before playing the next match)
I'm scratching my head here since I know for sure I haven't missed nodes and haven't lost a single match.

I had my TG reset, went from my 4th game win, to showing a score of 1, being on 2/3(yes 3 not 4) for rewards, and id lost the previous 2 games worth of runes, replayed to get crystals, got no runes for games 2(5) and 3(6), but finally on the 4th(actual 7th game) i got the 15 crystals, so maybe the same bug?

Adding to the weirdness, I just logged in to play my charges from 2 hours ago. Since I had a freeze I should be on the first encounter in the first 2 nodes and the 3rd in the 3rd node. I am on the first encounter in all nodes. So I just lost the 20 extra points I would get on the 3rd encounter of the 3rd node.

I’m having similar issues.  I have never had more than 3 charges on a node.  After playing all my charges I have 575 points.  But I only lost once on 2.3 (25 points).  Somehow I missed out on a whole set of charges.  I’ve only seen 600 points but there have been 680.

I had 510 points before the last charge thanks to the sww. When I logged back in for the last charge , my score rolled back to 465. This event is a hot mess . Sad panda.

It just happened again. I went to sleep right after I finished the midnight EST charge. As I stated above, I was ok the first encounter across nodes. Now I am on the third encounter across nodes.

I haven't "lost" a match or point, but with all the SWW issues and whatnot, my score is certainly not correct.  2 of my nodes are also on different timers despite me not banking any.  This event is a hot mess all around.

My nodes have been been switching charges and battles seemingly at random. I've had other focuses this weekend, so I didn't keep track of the specifics. I've had it skip me past battles, lose a charge from the wrong node, and not move on to the next battle after a win.

Uncage is the node I've had my main problems on. NO SWW errors, it completes and shows me the completed objectives (like the picture) but when I click through I'm still on Uncage and can't move ahead and have gotten no points.
It happened twice, third time I was able to progress.
I've had timeouts and things in other places, but nothing like what happened with Uncage.

In one of my early matches I got SWW, got the points, but didn't move to the next battle. When I ran the battle again, I started with the objectives completed (probably both, one of them I might have completed again before checking). I also ended up losing a charge randomly later on from that node, not sure if it's related. This RotGP left me very confused trying to figure out what the bugs were doing.
