Unable to Overwrite Event Deck in RotGP

When I tried to overwrite my Saheeli Rai event deck in RotGP node 3.2 by transferring one of my existing decks over the event deck, I was unable to. Instead, after the confirm to overwrite prompt I was redirect back to this screen. And whatever option I select does not change the event deck.
