Server Lags, Can’t Log In, Can’t Start Match

Now I cannot log in.

1. Started app and states to login/new account. closed app. (approx. 1 minute)

2. Started app (#2) and states cannot connect to server. closed app. (approx. 1+ minute)

3. Started app (#3) and states once again cannot connect to server. did NOT close app. (under 1 minute)

4. Hit "retry" I am stuck on the Activity Hub. I can tap "continue/join/rewards" in the scrolling events but it does not do anything. does not move me anywhere. I can access the inbox and chat; but the chat loading lags a bit. I can select "see more/less" on the daily rewards. When tapping the 3 white lines in the left hand corner for the pop out menu; none of them will direct me anywhere except chat. I can select one of the purchases and that loads the contents of the purchase as well as load the googlepay portion. But I did not proceed to buy anything. After trying all that and typing it all up for you, I selected the vault and oddly it loaded me to the vault when it did not previously. But now I am stuck there. I can select the different tabs and they load as well as the chat still. Even selecting the "+" sign next to the mana crystals does not work. closed app.

5. Started app (#4) and hangs on coalition data for a bit, then moves to fetching events (1 minute passed). App started and now things to be working normally again and there is significantly less lag.

Edit// was able to join TG but just afterwards, TotP green ended with "ending event" wheel of death (under 1 minute) then an error stating cannot connect to server. Selected "Retry" and now have the straight SWW error (less than 10 secs). Hit retry again and same original SWW error. closed app.

6. Started app and took 1 minute 30 seconds to login. Select RotGP and there is some lag but minuscule amount from the normal already slow loading of everyday. I go to TG, a little more lag then usually matching a player. It seems things are normal again with a slight increase in laggy-ness (less than 3-5 secs extra).

Amount of life lost trying to login/report/play, approximately 20 minutes.

Completed 1 game of TG in 1 minute. (lucky cascades into 3 GR). Things seem to be running smoothly otherwise so far. Now I will close the game for fear of problems and do real life things that I need to do... and people wonder why I am so disgruntled .

Please make sure you are also submitting tickets for this bug report. It helps when CS can see a trend of the same issue happening. Also please ask your teammates to submit forum and ticket bug reports when there are wide-spread issues like this weekend.

Now I’ve been locked in the home screen. I can’t go to events, vault, etc. much less view the in-game chat.

I had severe lag issue lately. It was very difficult to do anything in game. And last night it was just impossible. This early morning, thanks to my son waking me up at 5am, everything seemed back to normal. However, 2h30 later the severe lag is back and its impossible to play.

Ditto here. Trying to get a win in AI credited took about two hours and playing has become completely impossible again.

This game just blew up this weekend...

Coudn't log in a match and lost the charges in Rotgf. Very stable game!

On android, I immediately close the app without clicking either of the options from the prompt. Usually I do this through by closing the app in my list of background/recently opened apps. Then I reopen the app and usually it logs in with my regular account

Just finished 3.3 match.  Spinning wheel on "Ending Encounter". Something Went Wrong...

Also "Unable to connect to game server"...

Cool, a new error: "Bad Gateway". At least the game agrees that Bo4T 5.2 sucks.

Btw, that error message seems to be an error itself. The green button on the right says "cancel" and the blue button on the left "Retry".

Well the issue is still ongoing.... 

For 30 minutes, I tried to pay for across ixalan, set a PW, and get a match. Finally got one after restarting the app way away too many times. I tell myself alright I'm going to ACE all three games with full objectives! I get trampled by the PERFECTLY balanced captain lannery and her cheapo cost pirate brigade. What a waste of 30 minutes.
