Roster Slot Cost Cap?

Will there be a cap or will it just keep increasing by 50hp every 5 slots?

I hope we don't see slots going for 1k hp or more. I think 800 is a good place to stop.

Every new hero is getting us closer to the edge of the roster abyss.

There is no cap. You wont see 1k cover slot costs until slot 77 iirc.

No cap, but nothing says they wont cap it with whatever the next roster addition is. I've only seen one or two ppl with even close to a maxed filled roster, and they had mostly random useless stuff thrown in to slots besides the first 40 or so, so effectively, eight now, no there is no cap besides the max slot allowance atm.

You have to play a pretty long time before filling your roster is an issue. Also, isn't max already above 800?

I can't see the devs introducing a cap on this, considering it costs HP and probably nets them a bit of the green stuff.

I feel roster slots are expensive but is probably the best place to spend your HPs on. even at 800.

Due to roster costs I'm literally only spending my HP on roster slots and shields.

I just hoard mostly. Only 42 slots, the rest is a little f2p dragon pile lol. Sure, some guy can drop 100 on the game and have more hp than me, but I don't usually try and compare myself with ppl.spending money, we are truly in different brackets imo. Nick fury is the first cover I've seen I'd even consider spending on...mostly because we have no idea how often he will be released. Other than that? It all goes to roster slots and shields.

Also, I think I close the gap to 250 by the end of last event. Parr of me hopes you open a huge lead on me so I don't.feel.like I have a shot @#1 and therefore don't try for it lol

I really think people overestimate the value of having roster slots. Now having said that, that hasn't stopped me from hoarding spots for every hero just in case they later turn out to be useful, but seriously, you'll be waiting for a long time for Bullseye and Bagman to save the day.

I got a little burnt out. I just shielded at 1200+ and couldn't be bothered with it. You definitely caught up with me thou. Now if you would tell me your SHIELD sim score...

Just last night I realized that I have been spending so much on shields in recent seasons PvP's that I won't be able to buy a roster slot for the reward of the event.
