I fulfilled it by casting 4/4 creatures. Which I shouldn't.

Seems like they just set the number it checks too low. Sigiled Starfish (a 3/5 creature) doesn't trigger it, even when I cast three of them so the third was added after it's power was already 6.

Right, I was saying it's working properly in all of those cases. I was checking the limits of the bug, and it looks like it's checking for 4+ power, but working correctly otherwise.
