Coalition objective point error

In the all color Resilient node objective "take 10 or less damage during a single fight"

It registers the objective as failed and does not give you the coalition point if you've taken exactly 10 damage.

Perhaps you received more than 10 and you are suffering the new developers feature UI change, that is to show it in that way.

I guess that's possible, I was keeping pretty close track of the life throughout the event but my issue looks identical to yours.  Very misleading.  I guess I must've taken like 11 or 12 damage.
