Alliance chat not showing up for all members

I know many of my alliance members IRL, and we frequently talk about things happening in alliance chat. Often, these discussions seem like nonsense to several of us, and upon comparing chat logs, various messages are missing for different members. So far, we have not observed a pattern to this. I have submitted a ticket about a specific occurrence a while ago, but eventually, stopped getting any responses. I don't like feeling like I'm ignoring my alliance members! This is a pretty bad bug, as it makes our alliance chat nearly worthless.

I don't know any of my alliance members IRL but I get the notification that new posts are there and when I check, they aren't there and don't show up for 20+ minutes and a lot of the time they don't show up at all. How hard is this to fix?

I believe this happens if you have the app in the background when the messages are sent, sometimes they don't appear (seems to time out), and then newer ones appear if you later have the app open, causing some to be missing in the middle of the conversation. If you close the app and re-open, I believe they all appear.

i have to regularly restart the app for the chatlog to be current. I play in multi-hour long sessions, so it is not a foreground/background bug.
