I do think it should be fixed tbh... and can be done so easily by preventing the spell from being copied if your hand is full.  Most other cards that fetch/draw function that way, and I can't imagine why they decided to place the copy on top of the deck in the first place other than to ensure that the A3 always has value no matter what?  Would it be A3 level powerful if you had to ensure your hand had room for the copy?  I think so.

Based on the wording, it should be working like this:
    0) Trigger: draw spell
    1) give drawn spell full mana
    2) create a copy of said spell.

but since it is operating out of sequence that was laid out in text. it isn't working like it says per se.

That said, this effect creates a problematic infinite loop on draw. Once triggered, it is the only card you draw for the rest of the match. Based on Oktagon's rule, this card creates or can create a situation whereas a infinite loop may occur on top of the draw. So in essence, not too far off from the Naru-ruse combo.

here is the text for everyone's reference:  "Whenever you draw a spell, give it full mana and create a copy of it."

you are correct, it should be giving the original drawn spell full mana before copying it to match the text.  I'm just not sure that would make a difference with AA on the board... since the copy is being drawn by AA, and therefore is triggering A3 again.  It would just be doing the same thing only in a different order.

The real issue is the copying to top deck... and it should be tweaked imo.

I wonder that by giving the card full mana prior to copying it would interrupt the "original marker" effect that is being applied to the copied card?
