In addition, if you have a recent Zendesk ticket that seems to have suddenly been closed for no reason, then please email us at the above address or in-game for further assistance.

Matchmaking broken again?

I played the daily Training Grounds and Across Ixalan events after the current version upgrade, and matchmaking doesn't appear to be working.  In other words, I'm not getting paired against someone within 10 levels.

    It’s never been confirmed it is supposed to work this way.
