Do Latest Legends and Classic Legends pull from the same over all pool of characters?

Minus whats not available to them?

 Basically what I'm asking is if the pool that each player has "queued up" is shared between the two or if its two different pools. 

Meaning the 1 in 7 chance is it shared between the two tokens?

Anyone have idea how this works?

    Without going into too much detail,  no.  Every token store had it's own unique string
