Leveling supports gives no XP towards Shield Rank

Should it? Seems like it should to me. Since leveling supports up is supposed to be a force multiplier for your roster, it is definitely a "roster building activity" in my opinion. You can't undo it once it's done, roster a dupe, or meaningfully add covers like you can with characters, so it seems like it would be a nice incentive to get people to spend their RISO someplace. Basically a way to go from RISO to iso via shield rank rewards.
