I was just given the option to enter Strange Sights at all Shield Levels

I haven't been given the option to join any event at a level lower than SCL 7 since higher leveled players were locked out of lower SCLs.  That's as it should be - I'm at Shield Rank 140 or something.  I shouldn't be able to access SCL2.

But when I went to "register" for Strange Sights today, I could.  I didn't actually try to go ahead with SCL1 or 2 or whatever because I don't want to play at that level, but unless something has changed I shouldn't have even been given the option.

    Only PvP and Season is affected by SCL lock-out. So, it's not a bug.

    Huh.  I guess I'm misremembering then, but I could have sworn that I normally can't select other SCL levels.  Well, silly me.
