Ultron bombs do not count as "special tiles" for Hawkguy

I would expect that matching Ultron's bombs in the boss event would give an AP boost for Hawkguy's No Good News passive, but this did not seem to be the case.  I'm wondering if this also extends to other match enemy special tile abilities, like Doctor Octopus' Insult to Injury.

    I remember asking similar question like yours before and I think the answer I was told because it's considered a character tile instead of special tile. 

    I believe they might have coded Hawkeye's ability as:

    If matched tile is strike/protect/attack/countdown/invisibility tile, gain ap.

    As for Ultron's, it might be coded as "bomb" or "Ultron" or other terms.

    There's some kind of irregularities regarding how special/character tiles interact with some characters' abilities.

    SW's Hex Bolt at 5 covers can destroy Ultron Bomb though.

    Note: if you go to Options->Help->Gameplay tips->"what type of tiles are there?" in the game, you could see the different categories of tiles and character tiles are not under special tiles.
