Fix pvp by character restrictions.

When I jump on pvp at a 4 star level at shield rank 90 I see enemies using basically the same five 4 star and WAY to many 5 stars.  How much fun would pvp be if you could use your entire roster. You need more 2, 3, and 4 tournaments. You need new tournaments that are 3 star only. Or remove the shield level restrictions that are pointless and divide 1 - 9 by levels of characters you can use. Anything is better then now.
