Save covers for a non championed 13 cover character

It would be nice to allow a 13 cover non championed character to use the save feature. (which is a great feature btw)

That would help if you are ISO starved or when you only have one 13 covered 5* who needs time to have a partner to join him in the 5* meta.

    The current approach means that a 13-cover non-championed character is the only one who cannot make use of an extra cover.  Before 13 covers, extras can be saved, and after championing, covers can be used to advance levels.  I can't see any consistent reason for a non-championed 13-cover to be uniquely inconsistent with everything else.

    With the new release coming this week they will take care of this problem. 
    Now we can save covers for a non championed but 13 covers character.
